Prior to the regular meeting the Conservation Commissioners will
conduct a site visit to Gondola Ave., AP 3, Lot 269. The purpose is
to evaluate a RIDEM Freshwater Wetlands Program application to alter
freshwater wetlands. The applicant is Jack F. Phelan of P.O. Box
7352, Kensington, CT.
